Our name Manodnya is a Sanskrit word which means the one who has the ability to know the mind.
Our keen desire is to enhance the day to day life of individuals and improve the health of organisations. We stand for transforming their lives and creating a
co-evolved world with self sustaining people. We strive to make a positive tangible difference in the lives of people we work with.

Himanee Kardile
Founder
Evidence-based mental health practitioner; Himanee Kardile holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and has counselled people of age ranging from 10 to 50 years living with mental health issues since 2017. Her short term and goal-oriented intervention draws on rational emotive and cognitive behavioural framework.
Coming from a middle income Marathi medium school form Pune, she saw her peers struggle with various issues as teenagers. This led her to read more about human nature and behaviour, which eventually turned into her pursuing Psychology as a career.
Her expertise also lies in the field of Social-Emotional learning. She has designed curriculum and has trained over 200+ young adults while working as a School Psychologist with iTeach Schools. During the mental health fallout of the Coronavirus pandemic, she led programs for teachers across 8 iTeach schools which were focused on mental health of the staff.
Over the years, Himanee has conducted trainings for various organizations for team building and leadership development.
Himanee volunteers with CADET, EXPA India as a trainer through which she has trained 500+ NCC cadets in 21st century skills like critical thinking, gender sensitivity, communication, etc. She herself is an Ex-NCC cadet.
For the past three years Himanee has been associated with Udaan; a community organization working for young adults in creating a platform for holistic growth through extra curricular activities.
Beyond this Himanee is a passionate baker, she loves travelling and coffee runs in her veins.
